Through breathwork, I’ve developed a deeper relationship with myself—learning to be present, let go of stress, and find a profound inner calm. This personal growth has not only improved my own well-being but has also strengthened the relationships I hold dear, especially with my family. Breathwork has given me the clarity of thought to navigate life with purpose and has led to an enduring happiness from within.

Qualifications and Experience: I’ve undergone extensive training in various breathwork techniques, gaining both knowledge and hands-on experience to guide others effectively. My foundational training includes completing Pat Divilly’s Journey to Breathwork Trainee Teacher course, which was an immersive experience focused on deepening my understanding of breathwork’s transformative power.

This program equipped me with advanced techniques such as conscious breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, and guided breath meditation. It also covered how to safely facilitate breathwork sessions, address emotional releases, and guide clients through their unique journeys of self-discovery.

In addition to training with Pat, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, helping them reduce anxiety, enhance focus, and find emotional balance through breathwork. These experiences have further solidified my approach to tailoring breathwork practices to individual needs, whether through group workshops or one-on-one sessions.
